Viking village ‘Hedeby’

The Hedeby Viking Museum (German: Wikinger Museum Haithabu) s located near the site where the former medieval city of Hedeby, near the town of Schleswig in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. Its focus is the Viking Age history of the region.
A part of the museum is a reconstructed small village from that Viking Age, meant to show the visitors how people there lived in the early Middle Ages.
